Murky caramel in color with loads of chunks, nice sticky head/lace. Aromas of tart grain, cider vinegar, citrus. Luxurious, creamy and very smooth going down-look out for those chunks mind you! Exhibits the refreshing traits of the hefe style though with more body and complexity. Very grainy/rye on the finish. Perhaps a stellar choice to match up with a Ruben sandwich?
