Pours a creamy, hazy light golden with plenty of head and stick, though the head dissipates rather quickly. Aromas scream fruit esters redolent of under ripe banana. Some barnyard on the nose as well as a blast of sweet toasty malt and a pinch of clove. The beer is clean and crisp yet the ripeness of the beers flavor makes it a bit flabby on the palate. Flavors again favor sweet banana (tastes like banana nut bread) and toasty malt. Unique in style, this is worth checking out.
