Just another average-esc summer ale. But as most on this site really dis-like it, it has something about it that I find easy to put back. I like the bisquit notes, the mildly sweet malt component and the light touch of citric hop. It is a good summer slammer. It really say’s Maine (not including Allagash and all the other great ones in ME)as it is in the style I often find here. Un-complicated, and not overly complex but generally fresh and easy to knock back. I’m probably the only one on this site that will try it again. Perhaps with a lobstah roll next time I’m up.
