Awesome Gratin with yukon gold, celriac, sauteed leeks, thyme, chantarelle, garlic-and no cream! Used homeade cashew cream-tastes like real cream. Topped it with some fresh bread crumbs tossed in olive oil and parsley-baked till tender-yumalicious!
