Oh boy,  was this ever a treat!  Really a stunning bottle.  100% Chenin Blanc,  this wine races out of the gate, blasting one with absolutely gorgeous Chenin fruit-both on the nose and on the palate.  It  exemplifies both power and elegance. Tropical fruits, and tangy green apples race across the palate and screaming acids lift the wine. There is a honeyed note all throughout the experience.  And, one is simply drawn back for more.  A rare, and hard to find example of Loire Chenin strutting its stuff.  Find and buy!  As a side note.  We were supposed to taste the 2008  today,  but the supplier brought the 07!?  He claims the 08 is even better.  This is small production stuff and should be purchased sight seen, or sought out.
