For me, cooking tomatoes means destroying all the flavor. I prefer them fresh: no matter if you just eat only tomatoes or you try a vegetables salad. I just need them to be fresh. One friend of mine cooked some kind of tomato sauce with garlic and sour cream. The tomatoes are fried and the squashed...
